- CFCraig FishMar 31, 20261.0I am absolutely not a fan of this place! I gave a 1 in all areas, because we were never served. We were never even acknowledged! There is NO excuse for such poor customer service. There is a clearly audible bell on the door. We were in plain site AT the counter. There were two people "working" behind the counter. We were never acknowledged visually, or verbally. It was obvious we were being ignored. The interesting part is that there was no one else in the store, OR in the drive through. Owner.....take note...Your employees are not working FOR YOU, they are working AGAINST YOU! You will soon end up like the Wendy's across the street- OUT OF BUSINESS!

- AEAlly EdwardsFeb 6, 20262.0I’m not usually a Dunkin’ person as I work night shifts, I have family in town and took requests, got a bit of donuts a coffee, 3 sausage egg and cheese on croissants and 1 bacon, but instead I got 3 bacon egg and cheese only to notice after I was half way down the street, turned around to come back, staff treats me with an attitude as if I was lying, I asked if they wanted the sandwiches back as and they yelled in the back yeah we want them back!! Which is why I asked.. I sorted through and touch all (hopefully weren’t resold🤢) I however tipped them 20% on 42$ before all of this for them just to be rude and then when I open the sandwiches they look misplaced and croissants barely on the meat & cheese all off of the wrapper. So nice of them(:
