  Very disappointed. Ordered a protein latte with vanilla. The employee making the drink seemed confused and the employee working the window asked me to confirm my order which I did. They then shrugged and turned around like there was nothing else she could do. The manager handed me my drink and I asked her to confirm what it is. She looked at the sticker which said my order and confirmed it. All that being said, my drink was terrible. It tasted like watered down old coffee. Disgusting. No vanilla at all and I’m sure no protein milk. Will not be back to this one. For context: I have ordered this drink at many different locations and this is the only one that destroyed it.

  I spent $31 + taxes & tip to buy 2 dozen mixed doughnuts on Friday morning, March 13. I received 18 doughnuts, half of which were flipped topping side-down in the box. I realize now that the kid who waited on me did not know what constitutes a dozen. This is now the 2nd time I’ve been shorted doughnuts at this location. Probably best to try another Dunkin location if you want to get your money’s worth.

  The manager helped me get 10 gift cards and was just the sweetest woman. I ended up getting a refresher which I probably never ever would've gone to order and it's delicious.

  HORRIBLE SERVICE OUTRAGEOUSLY TERRIBLE ATTITUDE NO PROFESSIONALS THEY SLAM WINDOWS TALKED NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL AND DONT CARE TO LOSE CUSTOMER ! they don’t finish taking order they give cold food dont want to fix it i will be taking legal actions !! 0/10
