  I’ve been going to Dunkin for years. And I just started going to this location after I moved. They are so friendly and attentive Amber the manager Jessica and also Austin. Great people at this location

  I was at the 3934 49th St N, St Pete 33709 location this morning and the manger at this establishment was VERY rude to the other employees. She did not help at all but instead yelled and talked down on everyone. I waited 15 minutes before she asked “what are you here for?” with a demanding tone. She had guests at the registers and did not get to them until she was done telling her employees “we are never going to get our times down moving like this” I can see how your times are a big thing because I’ve worked in the food industry for 6 years but at the end of the day customers do NOT want to see you talking down on your employees. She then yelled at another employee for grabbing something from the back that he was out of in FOH. Again she did not help much instead put things in places and made it harder for everyone else. The lady who was at the window walked over to help because the boy who was on drinks was obviously struggling and she was waiting on him, manager told her not to leave her position unless she asks. This is when she asks to grab the donuts for the order, the lady then says "well they are for your order aren't they?" I’ll never be back to this location.

  I come here a lot, I just place a mobile order and then come through drive. However, each time it takes almost 20 mins in the drive thru regardless of how long the line is. Last time I went I accidentally placed an order at a wrong location and all I got (after tipping them with cash) was “we don’t have your order” I overhears the lady talking and said “they have a bad really habit of doing that” well honey you have a bad habit of not running your store properly. At any other coffeehouse location, I’d be met with a lot more kindness and urgency. Like any other job for that matter!!!

  i’m literally just trying to order my food and the employee is making me feel like such an idiot trying to order it. I called him out on it and a woman came on the speaker. She seemed a lot more polite and apologetic , but come on man you need to just fire that guy seriously. I ended up leaving because I was afraid they were gonna spit my food or something.
