I am writing to report a very disappointing experience my family and I had this your restaurant . We placed an order for a group of seven and sat down to wait. 4 adults plus 3 kids under 9year old, and a 10 month old baby. It was around 8:45pm. After approximately 40 minutes, we were informed that our order had not been processed because it had been refunded instead of charged caused by an error on their system. However, we verified on our bank app that the charge had in fact gone through and no refund had been issued. At that point, our order had to be re-made, which took an additional 20 minutes. In total, we waited over an hour to receive our food. When the order finally arrived, it was still incomplete, as one sandwich (a deluxe sandwich) and juice were missing. Despite the inconvenience, we chose not to complain and simply began eating. However, shortly after, around 10pm, we were told we had only five minutes to eat and leave the restaurant. This was extremely frustrating given that the delay was entirely due to errors on their end, not ours. We then spoke with a manager (Bailey), explained the situation, and expressed our concerns. Unfortunately, the response we received was limited to a brief apology, with no attempt to resolve the issue or make up for the poor experience. Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish: order processing, wait time, missing items, and lack of customer service.

Emily in the dining room and at front register is Amazingly intelligent, courteous and super friendly. She deserves recognition and accommodations for her customer service knowledge and expertise.

I normally would not leave a negative review, but what happened to my 16-year-old son at this location on February 20 around 7:24 PM was extremely disappointing. My son was ordering food with friends when an older employee began making comments to one of the boys calling him “handsome.” My son jokingly told his friend “she’s hitting on you,” which is the kind of harmless joke teenagers make. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee loudly berated my son in front of the entire restaurant for several minutes and even called him a “smartass.” This was directed at a minor. The situation became so humiliating that my son ended up crying in front of his friends. No employee should ever publicly insult or humiliate a teenager in a restaurant. I did contact the restaurant leadership afterward and they said they would investigate, which I appreciate. However, the experience itself was extremely upsetting for my son and our family. We have always considered Chick-fil-A a place known for kindness and respectful service, which is why this experience was so shocking. I sincerely hope this location reinforces proper training so that no other young customer is treated this way again.

long story short: you need to stay on top of your orders and being rude to customers is not ok. long story long: so me and my girls came here to order some food after a long day, super excited as we’re all hungry and love chick fil a. they order in the drive thru and i placed a mobile order, so the sweet girl in the drive thru said we can just tell them my name at the window and they’ll grab it. sounds easy enough, right? well if you said right, you’re very mistaken. we got to the window and the boy working asked us what was the name for our order three times in the span of 10 minutes, not seeming to ask for help or try to look for it, i then showed the receipt, a manager finally came and asked and then sent the kid off and he said, oh yeah it was over here. whatever.. no problem… odd how much effort it took. so then we start to drive off and there’s a car at the end. we didn’t know they were waiting for food, so honked, just assuming they decided to not move because they’re on their phone. a few seconds after, the same manager from earlier walks by, shakes the bag of food at us, and gives us a dirty look. are you kidding? there is absolutely zero reason, especially as a manager, that you should be rude to customers who were not rude, but made a simple mistake. all 3 of us work in fast food service ourselves, one of us being in a manager position herself, so we understand how some things can get mixed up and sometimes customers do something silly, but that was just ridiculous and for the manager part, quite rude. would not return ever
