Even though I didn't remove it from my order. Then the staff decided to argue with me about it. Why would I over pay for less food on purpose. Unless you kiosk is broken. Last time going to this Dunkin. That's both times I stopped here there was an issue.

The lady in the drive through seemed nice enough, however, when I got to work and opened my bad, there 2 to 3 hashbrowns in my bag. The sandwich is barely toated, and full of grease. Like come on people. I get it's only $12, but you wrecked the whole order. Is it really that impossible to make food correctly? I was literally the only person there ordering. I NEVER leave bad reviews, as I just take my money and business generally to their local competitors. But this is crazy. I called to let them know, and the very rude woman was zero help and said there's nothing she can do. Good luck if you go here, hopefully your experience is better than my own.

We were cheerfully greeted and served, even staff passing by us on the way to a different station made sure to smile and say good morning as they went by. Food and coffee awesome too.
