  Aiyanna was so nice! She helped us pick the right drink when we couldnt decide. Best ham and cheese croissant ever! Munchkins super fresh

  The staff was super friendly even while having a lobby full of people. They still continue to teamwork. I absolutely loved the money ears some of the team was wearing

  I been coming for 5 years for spring break it use to be slower service but now I come it’s more faster and better service manager nikki and bridge it’s very polite

  Verdict: 👎 👎 I don’t usually write bad reviews. I focus on writing good reviews for good places. However, this experience was a 1-star and I’d like to prevent others from experiencing the same. Hopefully management addresses customer service at this location and things will be better ✨ We ordered a couple of coffees, nothing complicated. A triple shot espresso caramel macchiato, hold the caramel, add 7% sheep’s milk, …. Just kidding. The order was a black coffee with creamer & an iced caramel coffee with oat milk. Plus some donuts and sandwiches. The food was good. The issue was with the person taking the order at the drive thru. There was no car behind us, but she kept saying: “order when you’re ready” “Order when you’re ready’” “can i take your order now?” Within the same minute. Again, there was no car behind us and the parking lot wasn’t tremendously busy and it was around 11am (not rush hour.) Either way, if a customer needs time, give them time. Come back when they say “I’m ready to place my order.” The hot coffee was warm and she put oat milk in it instead of creamer. The iced caramel coffee is … nasty. The manager heard the commotion and came over to check on us. That’s the only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars instead of one. Actually, one is for her and one is for the food which was good. Unfortunately we were in too much of a rush to loop around or park and get the order fixed once we saw that it was wrong and nasty.

  The staff here are very good. The morning before a beach day is packed but they keep the orders going without a long wait.
