  As a fast food restaurant connoisseur and expert McDonalds reviewer I have already been to this one 3 times. I’ll gladly write the name Grace (manager) front and center as she holds the watch for these young, scared and guideless employees. Horrible quality (temperature, texture, presentation) on the food, even worse customer service and the quasi dystopian futuristic kiosk/cashier center is a customer satisfaction nightmare. My wife standing there while 3 e-boy employees walk past on their phones. A young man by the name of Albert was the only one to assist her and HE WAS WORKING THE DRIVE THRU. Not understaffed in the least bit. Just incompetent management that poisonously trickles down to the employees. Franchisees- find new management.

  3/28/26 4 star rated establishment (Since Google Doesn't want anyone knowing where a business is). So i tried to make a location marker for Google Maps to indicate there is a Mcdonalds here on March 28th, However they declined it because it doesn't exist when clearly i went to the grand opening and have evidence of proof that there is clearly a Business on the land... Shame Google... Anywayz. Upon arriving to Mcdonalds it was packed! i was 45 in line to receive my 1 year of Mcdonalds. The people were really nice, staff was nice, the owner came to visit and he was awesome as well, Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Took place!!! Face painting, Bean bag toss, Grimace the purple dude was there also!! I got a Mcdouble and it was Packed inside to its full capacity. I recommend people to visit this mcdonalds and Thanks Again Mcdonalds.

  Sorry but if I can give this location a negative score I most definitely would🤬 I came through drive thru at about 15 til 9pm to order a mcdouble, small fry and Sprite. My sandwich was only lettuce, Mac sauce and extra pickles. 1st attempt food came out cold and you can tell the meat was not fresh and my sandwich was incorrect. Told the woman running orders. 2nd attempt she brought food and fries were colder than the first ones and sandwich still old and cold but correct this time. I left dropped my husband off and came back which was a 8 minute drive. Its the principle at this point...and I am HUNGRY! Came in told the same lady for the 3rd time my food still came out cold and I just want some fresh food. She claims that the Cook cooked my order fresh. Absolutely not!!!!!!! Waiting in lobby. Cook brought my sandwich without my fries. This time....fresh but he put onions on my darn sandwich. I didn't order onions! Told her again. Another remake! So i sat here another 15-20 minutes. For her to keep saying "he's making your order" as more orders are being taken out. He brings my burger out again alone....no fries🤬 Waiting another 5 mins for her to bring my fries. It is now 11pm and I had enough time to sit in this place and write this much deserving review. NEVER AGAIN!!!! RIDICULOUS!
