I’ve had the absolute worst coffee ever there. Having been on the road for many hours and needing a cup of coffee, it was about at lunchtime when I stopped here to get one. I didn’t take the first sip until I was back on the interstate, which was a mistake, because had I tasted it before I left, I would absolutely have returned it for a refund. It tasted like coffee which had been sitting on the burner for hours, turned to sludge, and then watered down. Absolutely unable to drink the thing. Shameful!!!

Ordered a 10 pc nugget and double filet with no tartar sauce cooked to order. was given the ten piece and a at least 20 minute old with tartar sauce single filet, and was still charged for a double; didn't find out until i got home. extremely disappointing.

I was extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards during my visit. Several employees who were handling food were working without gloves. The manager, who was also helping prepare food, had no gloves on either. She was switching between handling cash at the register and then touching the food, and I saw her place her thumb inside the cup while picking it up. It was genuinely disturbing to watch.
Additionally, she had long curly hair that was not secured under a hairnet, which creates a very real risk of hair falling into the food. Other employees who were preparing food kept touching different surfaces: walls, equipment, even their own faces, and then continued handling food with the same unwashed hands.
One employee even picked up a used, dirty napkin from the counter, threw it away, and immediately continued touching food again.
Because of all this, we were not able to eat what we ordered. The overall lack of hygiene was unacceptable and quite disgusting.

went to drive thru around 1:50 am, and it took over 1 hour for the staff to get through 3 cars. my food was cold and hard by the time i got it. won’t be coming back
