    I’ll start by saying that I go here way too often. Out of laziness and convenience, mostly. Thanks to how rude the girl was who brought me my food tonight, after being asked to pull forward for no reason because no one was behind me, that won’t be an issue going forward. I spend way too much money at this particular location to be treated that way and don’t think I’m going to spend another penny with this establishment. Customer service goes a long way and lack of it just lost a very loyal customer. I say please and thank you to ignorant employees who don’t even have those words in their own vocabulary. Why bother? Between breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would go here at least 6 times a week, maybe more than that. Thanks for showing me your lack of appreciation for your customers. It’s going to save me quite a bit of money and peace of mind by not spending it where it goes towards rude people’s paychecks. Saddest part is I think was the manager. Hire better McDonald’s! Sincerely, THE WRONG ONE!

    I placed an online mobile order for drive-thru pickup. I had already informed the cashier of my order number, and she instructed me to pull up to window 2. However, the person at the first window stopped me and asked if I had paid. He then informed me that he couldn’t see my order and asked if I had the wrong location. I assured him that it was the one on the racetrack, but then he insisted I at the wrong place. Then suddenly said he saw my order now. He then instructed me to wait, so I waited and waited, but then I ended up going inside to pick up instead. When I came home, they didn’t give me my fries and sauce that I had requested online! How could they do that??!!!! Rude rude

    My perspective: They are very nice and try the hardest they can. Sometimes it may take time, but I don’t assume to know why, and it always tastes good. The female manager, or at least she carried herself as a leader, was so helpful and pleasant in the drive through today 02/24/2026. Great experience.

    Monday 2/16/26 The manager here tonight is too lazy to do her job. Upon being told by my wife that a young employee had been dismissive, rude and was not fulfilling orders after repeated requests and long times while the restaurant was slow, the employee approached my wife and the manager as they spoke threateningly. She immediately lied bold-facedly that my wife had "done something wrong", pointing the finger at my wife, the customer, to attempt to shift the blame for her behavior onto my wife. This type of quick instinctive response is the sign of a troubled person. I don't care how how young or old she is. The manager did not want to deal with situation so she defended the employee. I suggest the restaurant use a little bit of discernment in the hiring process -- with employees at every level.

    I went thru the drive thru and the Mcdumb *SS said I had to use the mobile app to order unless I want to come inside I said excuse me and the mcidiot said I can only use the app to order even though she was speaking to me directly. Don’t waste your time.
