- KLKatie LaineFeb 8, 20263.0The Dunkins app sent me 2 miles AWAY from the actual location - sending me farther from the highway than I wanted to be... just to have to turn around. The entire time I was looking for a clear sign for Dunkins, which I never did find. But that's why there's a 3 review. The Dunkins building blends in with the carwash next to it and there was no clear awning or sign post to say "HEY, DUNKINS IS TUCKED RIGHT HERE."
- MBMakenzey BazenJan 16, 20261.0I ordered a medium caramel iced latte with two pumps of sugar free vanilla with oat milk and splenda, and whenever i got it, it was completely wrong and undrinkable. Mind you I got home that night at 2am from traveling and had to go to the school the next day. I couldn’t turn around because i would have been late to school. Instead of my original order they gave me a- medium iced DECAF latte, 3 caramel swl, 2 vanilla shots, 3 splenda, and oat milk. I have being coming to this location for years but the experience has ruined that.

Not cool and no tip should be needed for something like that. I pay $5 for a coffee that I drove myself to your establishment to get...I dont owe anyone a tip. I'll be back if the tip stuff stops. Until then, no thanks.
