  Dbl meat 2 choicea was not hot, and the chips were stale at 12:15 on a Saturday. I told the guy on the line please be a little slower with my 79 year old mom behind me. She has never been to a Chipotle before. He still rushed her, spoke so fast it made her dislike the experience.

  Pathetic. If you don't know how to serve your customers, why dont we shut this place down? Why put customers and your own employees through such pain? 45 min waits for an online order? In a stinky environment?

  Drive thru experience is terrible. Always seem to wait at the window for several minutes without being acknowledged. Then get finally greeted to see that the order has been ready the whole time. It takes 5 seconds to hand me my order and 3 minutes for them to walk over to the window

  Im in utter shock my the immense rudeness and just lack of human decency when it comes to something so basic. We placed an order which came with a birthday free guacamole which they forgot. We continued to wait at the window for an extended time in which we were then told by Latisha whom claimed to be the manager, it didnt matter what was on our order confirmation which we shared on the phone since it didnt print on the ticket on their side of our bag, we aren't getting it. And she left the window and left us waiting along with a line behind us again for 10 or so mins. We began recording and finally a different employee brought grac and we requested her name and were refused. We then went inside to request her name and apologized to the other employees for having to deal with her insane lack of professionalism again over something so simple.

  This place is terrible. Every month we get a $15 credit to use Uber Eats. Ordered twice through here with Uber Eats and both times the meal was messed up. Today the bag was sealed and labeled ‘Bag 1 of 1’ for Uber Eats to pick up. When we got it there were no chips inside the bag that came with the kids meal. Looking back at the app to make sure they were ordered, they were in the order. When you try to call to get it rectified, the phone service doesn’t let you talk to anyone at the restaurant but instead keeps throwing you in a loop to ‘send in a delivery app ticket - that isn’t the restaurants fault’. Last month, the bowls were missing half the items and the rice was hard and uncooked and same thing. ‘Delivery service fault, not the restaurant’ even though the restaurant made the bowls. We had to physically go in last month to get a gift card to use later. That defeats the purpose of using a delivery service. Terrible location!
