  New location that is clean and had good service. It's Chipotle so it's not the cheapest.

  Staff require a lot of training. I could see food spilling for every single bowl that is being prepared. Looks as if the person is trying to deliberately throw food into the bowl. Probably one of the messiest counters I have seen with food items getting mixed with each other.

  We won’t eat here again because none of us enjoyed the four meals we bought for $50. The chicken was mushy so it tasted gross. My 11 year old son was having trouble chewing the food so he pulled something out of his mouth. Turns out an employee cut the corner off of a plastic back and mixed it into the food. Picture attached. I didn’t feel like waiting in line to complain so we just threw it all away and left.

  My guys, y’all gotta be kidding me. This was a $13 chicken salad? Tried to call the store since this was a to-go order, but was sent to some call center. I got a bogo, but was still left hungry today. It had 5 pieces of lettuce. On a salad. 5. Pieces. Of. Lettuce. I blame front line managers. These large chains need to understand all the cool marketing in the world won’t fix employees who do stuff like this. Stop paying for Super Bowl adds and hire or train better supervisors.
