  Unfortunately it takes 25minutes for 1 smoothie so not sure I’m able to come back.

  Went and got lunch here. Got mango magic and the smoothie was good but I got a cheese quesadilla as well that had no cheese at all. I was basically eating bread.

  Used to be my favorite location. However I've had a few recent issues and was promised a refund and never got it even after following up and being promised again. They must have hired new people because they have been super lazy. Cold chicken on my sandwich when its supposed to be hot. Lettuce when I asked for none then they just took most off instead of remaking the sandwich. I spend more time waiting on them to fix the issue then I do eating. Don't waste your time here. The fruit cove location is the best.

  They drive-through pick up takes way way way way too long. I know they are creating the order after it has been made in the drive-through but waiting upwards of 10 minutes for a smoothie is a bit excessive to me.

  I came in for the $6 açaí bowl promo and ordered two bowls. Both came out completely wrong—runny and watery, more like soup than an actual açaí bowl. When I brought it up to the general manager, her response was rude and unprofessional. There was no attempt to fix the issue or even acknowledge that the product was clearly made incorrectly. I used to work at Tropical Smoothie, so I know how these bowls are supposed to be made. I also come to this location regularly, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Between the poor quality food and the even worse customer service, this visit was extremely disappointing. If this is how issues are handled, I won’t be coming back.
