    Purchased a detox and it was basically spinach and ice blended together and nothing 🤢 else. The quality over the last year or so has gone down tremendously.

    The "GM" came to the window not very polite and was quick to shut the window instead of resolving my concern. I will never return to this location they tried to OVER CHARGE ME for pineapple juice!! I've been coming to Tropical Smoothie location for 20 years now and this one for 3 and I have NEVER been charged THREE TIMES FOR ONE FREAKING INGREDIENT!!! I have been sick and just needed something that would go down easy. I don't appreciate her rude attitude and the FACT SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE SHE JUST DID NOT CARE!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!

    I’ve been going to this Tropical Smoothie for quite some time, but in the past few weeks, I’ve really been enjoying it. There’s an employee named Daniel — he’s always super, super nice and always focused on customer service. This is my favorite location in all of Jacksonville.

    Summary: A corporate decision has damaged the in-store customer experience. Service is poor and it is not the employees' fault. There is a timer displayed behind the counter measuring how quickly the staff can move customers out of the drive through. This has clearly put pressure on the 5 employees to focus on drive through and left me standing at the counter for quite a while before I was acknowledged, then several minutes more before my order was taken. Whatever corporate strategist thought the timer would improve efficiency, please know you've incentivised your employees to ignore the in-store customer. Food quality was very good. Employee who took my order didn't say a word to me other than my total and was clearly distracted by the drive through headset still on his ear.
