    I’ve been going to this Tropical Smoothie for quite some time, but in the past few weeks, I’ve really been enjoying it. There’s an employee named Daniel — he’s always super, super nice and always focused on customer service. This is my favorite location in all of Jacksonville.

    Summary: A corporate decision has damaged the in-store customer experience. Service is poor and it is not the employees' fault. There is a timer displayed behind the counter measuring how quickly the staff can move customers out of the drive through. This has clearly put pressure on the 5 employees to focus on drive through and left me standing at the counter for quite a while before I was acknowledged, then several minutes more before my order was taken. Whatever corporate strategist thought the timer would improve efficiency, please know you've incentivised your employees to ignore the in-store customer. Food quality was very good. Employee who took my order didn't say a word to me other than my total and was clearly distracted by the drive through headset still on his ear.

    What in the world is this? A quesadilla with just the tortilla shell and a diet of cheese. Go figure. People really need to take pride in their jobs and do their jobs well or don’t work at all. What a shame you pay for something and you do not get it of course Too far to turn around after realizing the crappy job they did and making the food.

    Went to order at 8:54pm. Open until 9 pm the sign and Google. The announcement said they are now closed.
