  How I order a sub , a steak sub and only have the veggies and cheese and on top of that the wrong pepper , double look at the order and it was right but made wrong thanks going to another place. Love the pizza service was great but the love just wasn't there for the Sub

  Papa Johns. Well. Let me tell you a story. Decided, hey let's get some pizza and such food for dinner. Placed the order online. At the appointed time walked in. At the counter was a patron requesting a refund for some items that had what turned out to be not better ingredients which in turn created a decidedly not better pizza. The team member at the counter was very polite and apologetic about the situation and did absolutely provide requested refund. Hesitantly I approached the counter to pick up my now ready order. I did check it and was relieved to find it did not contain any extra unexpected ingredients. I will say the pizza and other food it mid at best and the chain as a whole has really fallen off. Will I eat again? Likelihood exists, though slim, and only in the absence of better options (of which many exist). To those who read to the end of the review the item located in the pizza was, according to the patron, an eye lash.

  I tried the new pan pizza. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Half of the pizza wasn't a pan pizza cuz it didn't even make it up the edge. I'll have to stick to the normal pizza here, which has always been delicious.

  Had a really frustrating experience picking up my order. When I gave my name at the counter, the employee working the front immediately said my order wasn't there. I double-checked and showed him my confirmation, and he responded with "that doesn't help me," in a pretty dismissive tone. Less than a minute later, he looked again and found my pizza sitting right there the whole time. No apology, no acknowledgment-just attitude. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional. A simple apology and better customer service would've made a big difference. I expect more respect when picking up an order I already paid for.

  Everytime I order from this store they forget something, then they blame it on doordash but the problem is I didnt ordered via doordash, I ordered on papa johns website, the manager is terrible with zero customer service abilities.
