  Horrible! Cant follow simple instructions. I asked for no mustard, no pickles. They took out the bacon and left the mustard and pickles. Additionally, I get a Cherry Coke instead of regular. Incompetence.

  I’ve never seen my burger at McDonalds look like this. I spent 30$ and the nuggets were mushy and fries cold and not to mention my burger was under cooked and I didn’t realize until I ate it half way and made my stomach sick. Yall need to do better I was already at my destination before I noticed this horrible service.

  I’ve had the same problems many many times. So many times that I stop going for months before I try it again. I order a bigmac with bacon. You charge 2$ to add 3 half slices of bacon. My 1 meal with a milkshake tonight was over 18$ and you didn’t even give me bacon or put sauce on my bigmac. This is the worst bigmac I have ever eaten. I actually wrote an email suggesting that this McDonald’s be opened to begin with because of my problems with the other McDonald’s having the same problem. This McDonald’s charges more than the other one and they still give terrible service. And explain to me where you get a half a piece of bacon? Or what happens to the other half. Why does 2 dollars only get me 3 paper thin half pieces of bacon when Culver’s next door charges 1.50 for big thick juicy pieces of bacon. You guys had the right idea when you lowered bigmac meal to 8$ but that was only a manipulative week. You re released the monopoly game but made it so short no one could win, again after getting in trouble for faking winners in the past. I may just never go to a McDonald’s again after tonight. Lord knows I can drive less 2 mins away to Culver’s for better quality and cheaper food. You’re a name and nothing else and other people will catch on soon especially when you can’t even make a burger correctly while you overcharge. Thanks for charging me 18$ for a bigmac that wasn’t worth 3$

  Workers at this location are always moody and rude with attitude. You ask them for anything else that it SHOULD have come with your meal and they get mad and they give you one sauce for 3 people. McDonald’s being a huge brand company has to do better with their young workers at this location.
