As I am a manager for a restaurant and my team knows how to use the app to explain to customers. you can't redeem something when it's telling us that it's not there but it's in our cart and they couldn't help me figure it out every time I come to this tacobell, it's an issue I officially am not coming here anymore. It's literally becoming a waste of money because they bare minimal, fill the tacos bare minimal with the burritos honestly, the only one that is, the most like best Taco Bell is the On The Neptune road, it is honestly sad to see how this Taco Bell is. not being able to explain anything to customers when it is their restaurant and it is their app. They are responsible to learn about the app and they are responsible to explain it to customers as those who don't know how to work it, i understand if a order was placed then yes customer service thru app, but that wasn't the case.
