- BMbella maeleneDec 11, 20251.0Caroline has brought out my food multiple times and has absolutely 0 customer service abilities at all. she’s extremely dismissive and just constantly seems like she doesn’t wanna be there or doesn’t wanna serve me, doesn’t say hi or anything just hands me the food with an attitude and walks off. when i asked her which drink was which (because i got two different drinks) she said “i don’t even know” before handing me them.

She made my drink specifically to my liking and was so very friendly. She commented that her daughter and I share a name (Madison), gave me a coupon, and really made me smile. May her and her daughter be blessed. Great hot food, wonderful custom drink. 10/10.
- KUKenlly UrickNov 5, 20251.0absolutely do not go here. i did a SMALL mobile order, with a hot dog combo, mozzarella sticks, and a drink. it took 15 minutes for them to bring it out with 1 other car in the lot. when it finally did come the hotdog was ice cold and the bun was broken. i politely asked for it to be fixed and for a refund on the hot dog, not only did she say she’d have to take the BITTEN hot dog back, but she also said she’d have to refund and take the ENTIRE order back?!?! so i couldn’t get a refund on just the hot dog, and had to give up ALL of my food. when i asked to speak to the manager i sat for 5 minutes waiting for her to come out and got sick of it. incredible to me that she was okay with throwing away an entirely good meal rather than refunding me for just the hot dog.
