I’d give negative stars if I could. I ordered and paid through the app. The app wouldn’t let me check in. I contacted them inside. They viewed the app, the issues that the app was happening, and that I had paid for my food. They told me to cancel the order. The app doesn’t give you that option. They went back inside. I waited about 10 minutes. Called back in and asked about my food. They refused. So I paid for it, they saw it, and still wouldn’t give it to me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They have screwed up my order every time, send now refused to give me what I paid for. I’ll never go back.

Last night I went to buy some food, and the girl who helped me at the drive-thru was extremely rude.
I pressed the button to order and she immediately said, ‘How can I help you?’ 🙄 in a very annoyed, unpleasant tone. When she brought the food, her attitude was just as bad, she had a very sour expression and made the whole experience uncomfortable

If I can give them zero stars I would! Horrible after so many years today is the first time I can say the quality of the food was a complete disaster. We almost paid $50 for trash! Definitely need to train the staff
