I asked if it was their policy to at least apologize to a customer, the unprofessional staff person said “no it is not our policy to apologize”. How rude. I got a refund and am now heading over to Papa John’s where they never burn their pizza.

But it’s happened multiple times. Really like the pizza. But it’s not reliable service anymore. Edit: This sounds like, this is more of a Door Dash issue since they recently switched to them for deliveries, instead of the employee drivers they used to have. We won't be using Pizza Hut until they can figure something out with the unnacceptable service being provided.
