Got an attitude from the lady working there on the order and after she demanded I assist her on fixing the order didn't say have a great day or thank you for coming to Papa John's. She only said do you need a receipt and I said no and Thank you. She forgot to give me the bread sticks I ordered. Sad customer service nowadays is on the customer more then the company. This is why I don't order out but once in a blue moon.

When they were taking my order they purposely wasted my time and energy. After being on the phone for 30 mins I was finally able to place my order. Moments after they called me back telling me that they cannot accept my order because it is too close to closing. They purposely wasted time so they wouldn’t have to service me. Disgraceful service
