  Had a really frustrating experience picking up my order. When I gave my name at the counter, the employee working the front immediately said my order wasn't there. I double-checked and showed him my confirmation, and he responded with "that doesn't help me," in a pretty dismissive tone. Less than a minute later, he looked again and found my pizza sitting right there the whole time. No apology, no acknowledgment-just attitude. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional. A simple apology and better customer service would've made a big difference. I expect more respect when picking up an order I already paid for.

  Everytime I order from this store they forget something, then they blame it on doordash but the problem is I didnt ordered via doordash, I ordered on papa johns website, the manager is terrible with zero customer service abilities.

  Went there for a pickup with my kids. Spend close to a 100$ for a pizza and wings. Got an attitude from the lady working there on the order and after she demanded I assist her on fixing the order didn't say have a great day or thank you for coming to Papa John's. She only said do you need a receipt and I said no and Thank you. She forgot to give me the bread sticks I ordered. Sad customer service nowadays is on the customer more then the company. This is why I don't order out but once in a blue moon.

  I call them about 45 minutes before closing. To order for delivery I only live 2 mins away from the store. When they were taking my order they purposely wasted my time and energy. After being on the phone for 30 mins I was finally able to place my order. Moments after they called me back telling me that they cannot accept my order because it is too close to closing. They purposely wasted time so they wouldn’t have to service me. Disgraceful service
