The team member mentioned making everything fresh, but I don’t think 25 minutes in the drive thru fresh!

How hard is it to make a black iced coffee. The blind leading the blind. Nobody cares. They just stand around and ignore you. It takes 20 seconds to pour an iced coffee and they couldn’t care less garbage employees and service. Never got my money back and it’s not worth even trying. If you can’t make a black coffee in 15 minutes then chances are you can’t open a cash register for a refund. Total incompetence and apathy.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe through uber eats and of when i open it of course there's something wrong again. It didn't look chunky like a double quarter pounder with cheese looks normally. I said to myself, oh, they gave me just a quarter pounder and not a double. But as I looked at it closer, they gave me 2 Big Mac thin burgers. I'm upset because that meal is expensive and I just got bamboozled again. By far the most inconsistent mcdonald's, i've ever ordered from.
