Employees and managers walk past without saying anything, even when there’s a long line and no one working the register. What makes it worse is that staff are often joking around and laughing while customers are clearly waiting to be helped. Orders are frequently missing items, especially sauces I honestly can’t remember the last time my order was complete. I understand being busy, but basic customer service like acknowledgment, accuracy, and respect shouldn’t be optional. Unfortunately, this place needs serious improvement. and yes owner i have already contacted corporate and went through several macdonalds customer service, please do better.

If u get a large fries make sure you check them to make sure they fill them up because the always skimp you on the fries, sometimes who ever makes the food over salts or over peppers the burgers.

We ordered our food as normal and waited in the lobby for our food, my grandma had ordered a burger and a Filet o’ Fish. A man went to the counter who had ordered previously and complained about his filet o fish, they took it back from him and remade his food. We finally got our food and as I was eating my grandma opened her filet o fish and there was a bite taken out of it! The employees served her the sandwich the man brought back and had touched and taken a bite out of! When she brought the sandwich back the manager looked at her crazy!! This is a hazard to Public safety and absolutely disgusting! Any food returned to the restaurant should be thrown away and certainly not served DO NOT EAT HERE! Check your food before you leave!
