The employees were engaged in conversations instead of taking drive-through orders, leading to excessive wait times. I ended up leaving before placing my order as I waited over 10 minutes, which is unacceptable for a drive-through service. What is frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened to me , I would say at lest 4 times I endup leaving because of the same situation, minding i have being the only person waiting to make an order. This situation was incredibly disappointing, and I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the quality of service.
- HSHayde SanchezOct 4, 20252.0I pulled up for drive thru around 6pm and there were no lines outside nor inside because I could see through the windows and the service took forever and nobody being present at the window, I was trying to look inside after waiting 5 minutes and I couldn’t see anyone. I know there were at least a few workers inside because there were 3 cars parked on the side of the Dunkin. Anyways, I’m in a rush and I only ordered hash browns, like come on. Just hash browns - that’s why I’m triggered! Lol.

Normally I get a caramel frozen coffee, but since they don’t have that fancy machine, they make my drink right in a blender. Definitely more of a small location, but worth my visit every day.
