- YPYouGo ProBaseball2 days ago1.0I’m a daily Dunkin’ customer. I love Dunkin’. I defend Dunkin’. But this Dunkin’… this one is built different. We have three Dunkins in town. Two of them do their job. This one feels like an ongoing social experiment in how many ingredients you can quietly remove from an order and still charge full price. Every time I come here (roughly 10 times a year, always against my will), something is wrong. Not “oops, small mistake” wrong. More like “key ingredient has left the building” wrong. Whipped cream replaced with some mysterious sad foam. Cinnamon? Gone. Other ingredients? Missing. And the best part: they never tell you before you pay. It’s a fun little surprise you discover later, like a bad plot twist. The vibe inside is… heavy. Nobody’s happy. Nobody cares. You can almost hear the culture of “eh, whatever” humming in the background. This isn’t an employee problem — this is a leadership problem. Whoever owns or manages this location has somehow turned coffee and donuts into a morale vacuum. I’ll continue to avoid this Dunkin’ whenever humanly possible. And when fate forces me back, I’ll once again play the game of “What ingredient will be missing today?”

Especially when you’re in the food business but my girlfriend has ordered breakfast for us from this location 3 times and all 3 times have been either the wrong order, missing an item or providing the wrong item. It is ridiculous that this location can’t get a simple order correct. -note to whoever owns this location: do better please.

What’s worse is when I see it entered incorrectly on screen and then I correct them, they have an attitude. Then I get to the window, pay for it and it’s still wrong. Where is the customer service? I’ll be driving down to the other one in town from now on. As I never have an issue with them. I will go the extra mile to have it done RIGHT!
