- DDDVNov 13, 20252.0The lady at the register has always been helpful and pleasant both times I was there, probably the better part of the experience. The food though, much to be desired. The sauces I have tried thus far are nasty. And the wings I had today were just dry. So much breading, chicken seemed old like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while and they barely had any sauce on them. Very disappointed, for almost 20 bucks I don’t think I will be going again.

Apparently if you order through the BWW app or through their website, there’s nothing they can do to assist you in modifying your order. They’re unable to cancel it or change it. So if you made a mistake on your order and the food is still not being made, they can’t help you with correcting it or canceling it. I asked the manager to help me with correcting my order and she was dismissive and said she couldn’t even though I booked directly through BBW and the food was still not being made. Also, there was an employee screaming and cussing at all the other ones because she was upset and all the other employees, including the manager, were laughing, very unprofessional.
