  I have been making myself coffee for over 30 years. The fact that this dude told me how much milk I wanted in my coffee was absurd. I'm visiting and dunkin donuts is a nostalgic treat for me. Until some dude wants to explain how ice makes a milk level change. Please.

  Convenient location, terrible staff, and cold food. There was a mistake made on a friend drink and instead of just correcting the mistake. The man tried to argue with us and say well “I heard what you said “we never had an issue with it. We just wanted a new drink made even if we had to pay extra. There was no issue but this in particular person who had an issue with the prior customer was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on the customers in the line unfortunately Then my friend’s food came out cold on top of it. Maybe they were understaffed but def not something to take out on a family standing with their kid .

  Understaffed today. The line 3 people ahead and the older guy working said to go to Wendy's because they have a 15 minute wait for orders

  Marco the very nasty Manger was called over to deal with another customer in front t of me .What ever the problem was he hastily and very rudely told me to use the kiosk. There and issue with there system. I wasn't able to complete my order so I was patiently waiting to order at the counter. Marco then brushed me aside and said next online use the counter kiosk and you'll be the next served as if I wasn't there. I told him he was very rude and asked his name. He rudely said Marco.Never asking me anything. Very rude and unprofessional
