  I used to go to DD daily and there was also a period of time (maybe a year) after Covid where we utilized a local 24 hour DD. I don’t know when the service and consistency fell off but I began to notice it after Covid. I have been to almost every DD in the Orlando metro area and all of them suffered from the same issues of (coffee) taste being inconsistent and/or having rude or disinterested staff. I actually don’t require a high level of customer service and I don’t like complaining. However, I had been relying on DD for breakfast before work and so their role at that time was important. The last straw was trying a DD that was out of my way, only to order my regular and have a woman hand me an extra large cup (that I had never seen before in life) and then have an attitude when I asked her to replace that cup of coffee with what I actually ordered. I used up all reward points and stopped going. Today, I needed a quick breakfast and decided to give it a shot. Everything was great. Coffee was great. Sandwich was good. Young lady at the window was nice. This is a busy location but I didn’t wait long to order or receive my order. The current manager is doing something right. Thank you!

  I stopped at this Dunkin location this morning for breakfast and had one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had. When I got to the window, the employee working there was extremely rude and dismissive. She claimed to be the shift supervisor, but when I tried to address the issue another employee came over and slammed the window shut in my face instead of helping resolve the situation. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way, especially when they’re simply trying to place or receive an order. I hope management reviews the customer service at this location and addresses how customers are being treated.

  Not to well serve, need more speed service....for one small coffee, take 20 minutes.....

  Overpriced food and employees aren’t very friendly or welcoming. Stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order while 2 people were fixing the donut case.
