The girl took my rice from the back or something because they were running out… I stack my bowl with double chicken and cilantro lime sauce, so I’m super excited. I get home and there’s like two little pieces of lettuce and THE RICE IS HARD as a rock! Because I paid $4 extra for chicken and $1 extra for the lime sauce I was going to try and deal with it… but then I thought because I paid extra I shouldn’t have to deal with it.. I call, they tell me to come back they will make me another bowl. I walk in the line is super long, so I know (or assume) for sure they won’t make me stand in it. The girl comes to me and ask to see the food (for whatever reason) she shows it too the manager, then she comes back and ask for my receipt, and then she comes back and tells me to stay in line when I reach the front tell them to get her. I get to the front (finally) AND THEY HAVE NO CHICKEN, and they have no cilantro lime sauce… so my question is if you took my bowl and my receipt you clearly saw I wanted those two things why make me stand in a long line just to tell me that? This place is a joke.. don’t get me started on other experiences here. They are really close to my house which is why I keep trying. But I’m done with chipotle.

After speaking to one of the managers, Jose, he was absolutely customer friendly and resolved the entire issue for me.
