So I use their app to order food, then it says there was a "hiccup" on their end to place the order again. So I try and get the same result. Now they are holding over 100 bucks of my money ransom and the store itself has no clue what happened and no orders for us. I swear this is the worse ran restaurant chain on the planet. It sucks because the food is good and it's unique to Taco bell only but they constantly forget things, make things wrong or have snobby employees that seem like they don't want to be there or that the customer is a burden. I'm going to write them off and go to a real Mexican restaurant. The price isn't much different if we're being honest.

I guess I should expect poor service from this Taco Bell at this point. The staff clearly doesn’t prioritize customers in the lobby—multiple employees made eye contact but never once offered help. When I finally got their attention, I was told to use the kiosk, but no one could explain how to pay with cash.
To make things worse, when I asked for no tomatoes on my Chicken Crunchwrap Slider, the employee insisted it doesn’t come with tomatoes. I pointed to the red topping in the picture and asked if it was peppers—turns out it was pico… which, of course, includes tomatoes. That conversation alone was frustrating.
The only bright spot was one employee in the back who actually seemed to be working hard, while everyone else looked uninterested. Overall, this place feels disorganized and poorly managed. Definitely needs improvement.

Asked about my food got yelled at very rude.
I come often and there’s never an issue, but tonight there was this very rude young, skinny African American individual with a nasty attitude, I ordered and paid online, then I ordered a soda there and paid with my card, then he asked for my card a second time but by mistake charged me for someone else’s order, I said that was wrong and he told me it was my fault for not telling him my name when I got to the window, which I’ve never done, they ask for it where you place your order; then he told another employee “give him a refund before he starts crying”, I confronted him about it but he denied it, I parked and went in so I wouldn’t hold the line any longer. The manager was very helpful, very respectful, of course he tried to come and make it a bigger issue and she told her “I got this”, nasty nasty attitude from him, good thing she was great
