This exact same thing happen around 2 years ago and is why I haven't been back since. And wouldn't you know it, they did the same crap again. I told them to cancel my order and they agreed. I didn't see a cancellation email so I called back and asked for manager to cancel it, he said he would do it then. So no confirmation, order says "ready for pickup". I hope the owner sees this review and understands that his incompetent manager is why he'll be getting a chargeback. I'm not going to be out 50 bucks here. I will never order from or step foot in another Pizza Hut.

Burnt my pizza to a damn crisp and didn't think twice about it. Broski left that john in there for a good 45 minutes while I was on the way and smoked up the joint with no remorse. 10/10 five stars. Give finn a raise right now!
