  I was second in line. Someone spoke on the intercom telling me they’d be right with me. Another car pulls up in the opposite lane an gets her taken before me even though I was already waiting prior. No apology or anything was given.

  Yall mess my order up every time bro ive really been holding off on writing this review been giving nothing but chances for yall to get a single order right, yall makeing it very hard on me to argue about how we deserve more than minimum wage

  This location really need to work on their customer service skills! In particular the older lady that works the drive thru in the mornings. She's rude! You tell her your drive thru code and she acts like she can't hear you,or that she doesn't have the order (even with me showing her my phone). Then she will mumble rude things like this morning when I went! There are a few nice ppl that work there but she's one you shouldn't have greeting your customers

  I ordered a chocolate milkshake and received vanilla,I asked for water along with my order, but it didn't arrive; and the staff were rude.

  Joel you’re store has 2.2 stars on Google. You are a great reflection of a 2.2 star AGM, for somebody who insinuates the customer is a liar and then back pedals when you get called out on it, is a perfect example of why you guys have 2.2 stars. I heard your GM is strict, but at the end of the day, what are the standards at McDonald’s?
