This was the final straw as I have ONLY had TERRIBLE experience trying to give them money in the mornings on the way to work!!! Prior to this: we did online order (bc we know they are slow) and after THIRTY MINUTES, we show up to pick it up and they HAD NOT STARTED THE ORDER!!! took 15 minutes MORE to make 2 breakfast sandwiches and put the fries in the bag ... Before that:Ordered online and "our systems are down". I showed the receipt, but they still wouldn't even make the order. They told me to call the 800 number to ask for a refund. After multiple emails and calls to follow up I've still never seen the refund over a year later. Prior to that I have tried multiple times ordering breakfast from them only to wait for 15 to 30 minutes for my food to come out in the drive-thru. This is NOT fast food! You might be able to get out of there in a reasonable time frame... FOR A SIT DOWN RESTAURANT- NOT for fast food. While still unreasonably slow just times, lunch and dinner aren't as bad... or how slow this Wendy however at breakfast time unless you have an hour or an alternate backup plan, you're going to go hungry! Beware!!! skip it! The food's alright, but not worth the hassle, headache and aggravation!

I can no longer go there and that is very disappointing. Website still says 7:30. I've never heard of a fast food opening at 8am!
