  The food was absolutely horrendous. Michaela a worker there helped me out and was the only saving grace of this incredibly poor restaurant. The food was old put together like nobody cared. I spoke to the manager she never apologized to me told me my money will be back in my account in 35 business days. In all fairness she was a young girl who doesn't understand business. I'm sure not yet. I hold the owners responsible for this, this girl should not be in a management position not without adequate training on customer service. The workers start off at $14 an hour highly unmotivated. This used to be a restaurant I visited two times a week. My wife and I will never go back to this restaurant again.

  I’m not waiting 30 minutes to pick up a door dash order that pays me $4 let the customers get cold food I really do care

  Messed up multiple door dash orders also order taco salad at 1100 pm it have nun what I wanted in or it paid extra for this pace really isn't worth the time or money very slow would go eat some where else

  I’m not sure if there is a lack of staffing, if so that issue should be addressed because I’m sure the workers get stressed out over angry customers. I don’t think I have ever actually waited this long for my food at any other Taco Bell before before, yet this Taco Bell has consistently kept me waiting for upwards of 30 minutes each time, with a relatively simply order (2 people ordering 3 items each) whoever is the manager here has to do better lol
