The last time I ordered I had to go in and actually show them how rude they were to serve me what they did. Then I come around opening and drive thru said they don't have any biscuits or mcgriddles because they didn't prep. Absolute BS considering there's 4 worker vehicles and no customers. I went and drove over to old St Augustine who gave way better service.
