When we got to the window she was very disrespectful and told us that we had to pull around for the third Mobil order which was fine with us but when we did we ended up doing a fourth one and telling her at the window she was being very disrespectful and slammed the window and told us to pull back to speaker even though it was nobody there. But we did because we already paid for it and when we pulled up to the speaker she stated and I quote “We will not be serving you, leave my establishment” and we stood there until another person came to the speaker and took my Mobil order. Overall terrible experience we came to visit St Augustine never again !!!

Food isn't bad, it's standard McDonald's, but y'all gotta get your act together. Except the old lady, she's nice. Probably the only one that takes her job seriously.

Went up asked for sauce on, and they asked “what’s not on it?” and then she took it back and the manager brings the same burger out not even a fresh one after touching it and very ignorantly says “i’m confused what you want on this”. Everyone had poor attitude besides a very young sweet girl sweeping the floor. In edition to this, I watched them take the burger back there and put sauce on it, and then proceed to say everything is on this burger.

No straws, wrong drinks, no fries when we ordered them, and I know McDonald’s is gonna reply to this with some stupid link to go to. The workers couldn’t have cared less about what we ordered. I don’t want a link, this place sucks. And they also got our order wrong and just doubled what my wife got. Careless, and flat out bad. I know it’s a McDonald’s and you shouldn’t expect much, but damn this was horrible and piss poor
- ABAaliyah BrownNov 8, 20252.0don’t come here if you want your correct order. definitely don’t order doordash from this location either it’s like they read that’s it’s a DD order and think that because you’re not right there they don’t have to do their job correctly. the day time crew is always nice but as soon as the shift strikes 5pm you got a bunch of young rude kids and even adults.
