Five McDonald's within ez distance of my house and I chose the beach location because maybe they wouldn't be as incompetent as the other 4. They proved me wrong. The food is edible but the service is terrible. Bad management at 5 separate stores makes me lose hope for humanity.

Drive-thru order. Upon driving from the restuarant with my order, my vehicle filled with the smell of burnt bread. Sure enough, the chicken sandwich's bun was burnt. The chicken itself was overfried and dry. The french fries were overfried, but that isn't too big of a deal. It's obvious that they don't care in the slightest to serve decent food. It's so rude to send out a burnt meal. Almost feels like a personal insult. It's the last time visiting for me. I know my lack of patronage isnt a blow to McDonalds or anything, but I have never recieved quality food from this location. It is always either overcooked or cooked long ago. Dining/ordering inside is no improvement as the customer service doesnt even exist. Workers make it clear that your presence as a customer is a problem - offensive - and an intrusion on their time. Every time. At this point, it's a risk to order from here and recieve insults in the form of food served by its employees.

As with most McDonalds, inconsistent when making food/drinks. I belive they were built on the belief that if you get an item at one McDonalds, it will be the the same (prep/taste) at all other McDonalds. Definitely not, especially with coffee drinks. I usually get a large iced caramel coffee in the morning. I cross my fingers hoping it will taste OK. Most times it not, either too much, too little of caramel or creamer or coffee. Sometimes the coffee is so hot the ice melts after only a few sips. There has to be a SOP on how everything is made, no?

Had the worst service, workers acted as though they were doing you a favor by being there, just tossed the food on the counter, never called out a name or number as to who's food it was.
