  Ordered my food through the drive-through and was told to pull up to the second window. So I pulled up to the second window. The kid who was working the second window just opened the window and looked at me like I had two heads and didnt belong there, so I looked back at him, expecting him to say something, but he just continued to stare at me so I said Hello. He then asked me what I ordered and I told him and he sighed and rolled his eyes and was just overall giving me a lot of attitude and making me feel unwelcome. Not to mention, he only filled my drink up about 2/3 of the way and couldn’t even bother to give me a freaking straw. It was already a small drink like come on. If you hate your job or something then find another job. I dont understand why McDonalds has so many nasty employees. He didnt give me a receipt and when he handed me my meal, I said thank you for my food and he responded by shutting the window in my face. Im not sure if maybe I misheard and was supposed to stop at the first window and if thats the case, then thats on me, but there was still no reason for that kid to act like I was inconveniencing him while he was at work. Overall disgusting. I know its just a drive-through and I dont expect five star service but the amount of attitude and laziness that that kid just showed was absolutely unacceptable. How do people like that even get hired ANYWHERE?!

  This review is specifically for the young manager with the black hair. I don’t know what his name is and I don’t care to ask I can tell you that on the morning of Friday, February 20, At around 6:40 AM, I ordered a sausage McMuffin with a Coke, and drove off with my food so I could get ready for work. When I pulled the sandwich out of the bag, it was cold. I was so mad. I was hungry and working with limited time. I called the restaurant and spoke to him. He’s the manager there, but he told me he didn’t have anything to do with the food. He was just at the window handing it out. He didn’t let me talk. He talked over me. Just absolutely awful service in that moment. I told him I hope he finds a job that he actually likes and I mean it. He doesn’t belong working with people. Honestly, it was a total waste of money.

  Es un mc donald, con un espacio mas chico de lo normal, osea con poca capacidad. El precio es lo mismo que cualquier establecimiento.

  Awful. Both got wrong food. They spilled our food. No fountain for refills. Took 15 minutes to get one after employee said "she does not know how to run the machine." Another customer waited 15 minutes for napkins. A walk in was told they were too busy "to walk his food out" to curbside, he had been there over 30 minutes...
