  The mobile app doesnt have a no ice option, when I asked about it the cashier said “it’s just.. it’s just” and shrugged it off. And multiple time I’ve asked for no ice and they say they can’t, then some give me no ice no problem. I’ve asked for less ice in the app and ended up with more than half the cup filled.

  Had a mobile order last week, confirmed it at the ordering speaker. Waited at least ten minutes at the window before someone asked if I was waiting for something. Took another few minutes before I got my order, to their credit they did apologize. Came back tonight, ordered at the speaker, I was the only car in line. Waited at the window for at least five minutes, no one even took my payment. I drove off. I used to frequent this location but I won't be back.

  Stood there waiting for them to finish there convo. Almost 5 minutes when I was noticed I asked if I could order. Seemed really inconvenienced by that. Ordered an iced coffee… I drink iced coffee’s from Dunkin probably twice per day. I don’t know what that was but it was absolutely gross. They told me they made it right. I told them okay keep it then. I definitely don’t want it. And a burnt sausage egg and cheese crescent sandwich. It’s black and an uncooked bagel with plain cream cheese. I wish I would have spent my 15 dollars elsewhere. Really bummed because I always love Dunkin. This one isn’t it. Take your money to another one

  I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts pretty much every day - and when they have it, I get the maple bacon sandwich on an English muffin. My one pet peeve is when the cheese hasn’t been melted one bit and it’s ice cold. Usually it’s drive thru so I leave and can’t do anything about it - this time I sat inside with my family and when I went up to the counter to ask them to nuke it for a few seconds to melt the cheese I was told by the chick making the sandwiches ‘not right now’ and was handed back my sandwich. The cheese was ice cold. It doesn’t taste good on a hot sandwich. I used to work at a dunkin donuts and if I told a customer ‘not right now’ I would have gotten reamed. I didn’t want the chick to remake it, I just wanted her to throw it in the microwave for 8 seconds. Customer service goes a long way.

  Past 3 times I’ve been to Dunkin (drive thru) it’s been very disappointing. Hot coffee is supposed to be hot not barely warm. Breakfast sandwiches have been off as of late. Just seems like they’re more concerned about getting the product out the door rather than the quality given to the consumer.. very disappointing.
