Ordered an iced coffee… I drink iced coffee’s from Dunkin probably twice per day. I don’t know what that was but it was absolutely gross. They told me they made it right. I told them okay keep it then. I definitely don’t want it. And a burnt sausage egg and cheese crescent sandwich. It’s black and an uncooked bagel with plain cream cheese. I wish I would have spent my 15 dollars elsewhere. Really bummed because I always love Dunkin. This one isn’t it. Take your money to another one

My one pet peeve is when the cheese hasn’t been melted one bit and it’s ice cold. Usually it’s drive thru so I leave and can’t do anything about it - this time I sat inside with my family and when I went up to the counter to ask them to nuke it for a few seconds to melt the cheese I was told by the chick making the sandwiches ‘not right now’ and was handed back my sandwich. The cheese was ice cold. It doesn’t taste good on a hot sandwich. I used to work at a dunkin donuts and if I told a customer ‘not right now’ I would have gotten reamed. I didn’t want the chick to remake it, I just wanted her to throw it in the microwave for 8 seconds. Customer service goes a long way.

Breakfast sandwiches have been off as of late. Just seems like they’re more concerned about getting the product out the door rather than the quality given to the consumer.. very disappointing.
