- ASAubrianna Strickland4 days ago1.0place is a mess. has mold underneath the taps system which the manager has yet to fix or have replaced. unsanitary. unprofessional and unmanaged.
- LCLisa CJan 26, 20261.0I have only been to this Dunkin 3 times bc it's close to my job. All three times they got the order wrong and all three times the sweet tea tastes sour/gone bad. Final straw: the woman had her back to me while I was waiting at the drive thru and when I said "ma'am" to get her attention to let her know the tea they handed me was supposed to be unsweet she didn't give me a chance to speak, only halfway looked over shoulder and said" waiting on your muffin". She was irritated when I told her about the tea and was just rude in general. By the way, even the unsweet tea is gross-tasting. I don't know how you can mess up unsweet tea but yeah... it's not good. Mistakes happen. But 3 out of 3? And honestly it was the rudeness that is upsetting. We're all tired, overworked and underpaid.. but grow up and deal with it by being polite to customers. Unacceptable
