    Avoid this place at all costs... Ai ordering menu board has screwed up my order 3 times now. People working in there seem clueless with no experience at all... One way in and one way out means you are screwed trying to leave those place... Worst Wendy's in the county by far!!

    I know they are new and it was busy. I don’t mind waiting which was a long wait in drive though but they were busy I get that. However if i do have to wait the food shouldn’t be cold everything was cold and the fries tasted old soggy an were cold. So the issues isn’t the wait it happens but food should at least be hot and fresh if you do have to wait 20 mins.

    Friday i decided to check out the new place, was extremely busy as expected for new opening , very clean and the service was amazing especially for how busy . Savannah was very pleasant and helpful and quick!!!!! Seemed to enjoy her job as her smile was a nice sight

    Terrible customer service. I had to ask Savannah 3 times to take my order. I stood at the order window for more than 5 mins and finally asked to make an order. I had 2 orders to place and told her that from the beginning. She printed the receipt for the first order and walked away to lean on the counter. I said “ I have another order to place” to which she replied “I already took it”. I said for a 3rd time that I have another one to place. I ordered a junior cheeseburger deluxe, no lettuce, extra onion. She printed the order with “no lettuce”. I said “and extra please”. After about a 15 second delay she said “I already placed it”. I again said but can I please have extra onion? And she again, walked over to the window to pick food up leaving me at the register. I gave up and went to the pick up window. I went to eat my sandwich less than 10 mins after I placed the order. It was ICE COLD, cheese not even melted. And it was the wrong sandwich. I ordered a junior cheeseburger deluxe, no lettuce, extra onion. The sandwich I got had one slice of bacon, a tomato and no other toppings. There were about 9 employees behind the counter with a manager wandering through on her cell phone.

    Place is ran by horrible MANAGEMENT. They are rude and not customer oriented. Apparently I can't get a frosty till lunch time. the response I got was we can turn the machine on for you and you can come back in 20 mins! I go to Wendy's all the time for breakfast and get my frosty every morning! Horrible wendys!!
