I used the app so my order was in and submitted 5 min before I got there. They parked me at the second window, didn't give us our drinks. Note: We also ordered McFurry minis. Why did it take 25 minutes to get my food? When they finally brought me my cold fries, melted flurries and I asked about our drinks I was looked at like I was inconveniencing them. Really? You gave me cold food that was supposed to be hot, warm dessert that was supposed to be cold, and then only brought back 1 of the 2 drinks. I wasn't even going to mention it, I just left, then ended up throwing most if it out. Had the drinks and McFlurries been given at the second window, maybe I could have had SOMETHING while I wait on you. I worked at McDonald's when I was a teenager and they trained staff how to speak to a customer and interact. We had videos on how to properly pack a bag and fold it to keep things warm. Its not rocket science, just give a crap. My drive through experience was the following dialogue. Rep: Hi, did you use the app. Me: yes Rep: Code Me: DV## Rep: You're good. Feels VERY mechanical with no care about who's on the other side, then they prove it when they let you sit for 25 minutes and act like that's just the way it is. I'll NEVER go back there!! That franchise should lose it's license!
- DJDavid JimenezNov 8, 20252.0This is probably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been, customer service horrible, all personnel, without exceptions, with a nasty attitude, drive thru is always a nightmare, manager same nasty attitude, I live close but I will never come back again to this one, I would rather drive a little bit more and avoid this unnecessary stress and frustration, not recommend at all!!
