  I went and ordered a Big Mac combo and I asked if the shamrock shake cost extra and the person said yes but they didn’t ask me if I still wanted it or not and they gave me a up charge anyway. Terrible service.

  This is definitely the worst McDonald's location I've ever been to in my entire life. What's a common denominator of the people who work here? Hmmm. Every time I come here I have to wait twenty minutes for fast food and pull in a parking spot. I asked her today, why dos it take so long every time I come here.? She says they're under staffed, yet I see eight people right in front of the registers, not including the cooks in the back. Stop hiring the same type of worker, and maybe your business would run more efficiently. Signed Everyone who lives in Apollo Beach who is stuck living next to this location.

  I ordered for curbside delivery 15 minutes prior to arrival. Waited in my car for 15 minutes when I finally saw an employee helping someone else and asked about the long wait time to which she assured they would be right out. After another 5 minutes I went inside and requested to speak to the manager. This incompetent young lady approached me in an overwhelmed and stressful manner and without a "how may i help you" she responded to my concern by saying "you ordered an apple pie and they're not ready". What? 35 minutes after ordering? I told her to forget the pie and just give me the meal, when she then responded "they are ready now, and rudely gives me a bag without apology or care. Upon returning to my car i noticed she did not give me the drink or even napkins. Worse customers service experience. Not worth almost $15 and waiting 35 minutes for a meal that wasn't even all that good. Zero rating for this location if it was possible. Your manager should be a leader and set better examples for the employee she is in charge of. Needs more training!!

  Always a long wait time, usually asked to pull forward or into a parking spot. Even when ordering ahead on the app. Sometimes wait 25-30 minutes. Almost always missing or incorrect items. Once you realize it, they're back inside and you have to get out and go inside to ask. This is very inconvenient, especially when you have kids and defeats the purpose of drive thru. Staff typically doesn't even say a word other then the person taking money. Just hand me the items, not even smiles. Tonight waited 20+ minutes around 7pm. Ended up missing a cheeseburger, and incorrect item in happy meal. Cheeseburger in happy meal was thrown together poorly, cheese half off of the patty. Cookies were burned and rock hard, inedible. Everything was luke warm. Whoever is managing this page, please don't reply with a link asking me to leave feedback again in another place.
