Asked for a rag to clean off a table and the girl said which table (I don't know, pick one???) Then she took a dirty rag and left a wet mess with even more nasty food on the table. Will not return to this location.

I immediately informed the employee. His only response was “ok” no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no followup. After waiting an additional 10 minutes with no one returning, I had to go inside myself just to get the missing drinks. Once inside, I stood at the counter for about 7 minutes while multiple staff members made eye contact and ignored me, even after I politely said “excuse me” several times. Curbside exists to avoid exactly this kind of experience. Instead, it resulted in long waits, cold food, missing items, and a complete lack of basic customer service or accountability.This location clearly does not value customers’ time. I won’t be returning

So instead of just picking up through drive-through like I selected, I had to do curbside and then walk in to the store. I understand you’re trying to keep your drive-through times down, but don’t sacrifice the time and patience of your customers

Management / specifically Veronica are rude and stand offish and do bare minimum to correct mistakes made leading to a poor customer experience. I visit this Mcdonalds rarely because of these issues and when I do visit I keep being reminded of why I try not to go to this place.
