Nothing was open ( dine in [5am-12am] or drive thru [24hrs] ) the orange haired manager yes at me through the pocket front doors that they were not open yet and to go away. Really?! . I get desperation sets in to hire in folks but to be treated like this so early in the morning is uncalled for. I hope she has a better day because to start her day like that is miserable.

- LLLexi B (Lexib518)Dec 23, 20251.0Most unprofessional and rude staff and management of a McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. I placed a mobile order for counter pick up after 12am. When I arrived there was a line of cars wrapping around the building and got a notification that my order was ready. They refused to bring it to the door and said I had to get in line for the drive thru despite my order being ready. Also note I watched them make a Sunday and McFlurry while I stood at the door. I then called and the manager told me to park and walk up to the drive thru window. I was able to pull up to the window where they gave me my hot food and drink but told me no McFlurry that the ice cream machine shuts down at 12, while there was a milkshake on the counter behind the guy and after I watched them make a Sunday. Absolutely insane unprofessionalism.
