The order taker asked me if I’m gonna be using my mobile app very polite the girl in the window and present very polite. Both said have a nice day. My bagel was soft and warm. Perfect my hash brown was fresh and hot. Great experience thank you Ruskin McDonald’s.

They make you wait forever and then only ever give me half of the order. They also will make you wait for 40 minutes to bring out your online order and the food will be cold when you get it. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this location and half my items are missing. 1 chicken nugget in both my children’s kids meals and fries just thrown in not even in a holder. Not to mention when you try and correct them to get what you pay for they laugh in your face and will just straight up ignore you or fling the food across the counter. I’ve given this store a few shots due to thinking maybe someone had a bad day but the entire staff is awful and rude.

Everytime I am coming home late from work and want to order mobile they have it switched to breakfast at 8pm so you can’t order through the app and use any deals. It’s pathetic. It’s fine if you don’t want my money though I’ll just keep heading to KFC next door while you guys don’t have a line and are too lazy to take mobile orders.
