- DSDaleth SherryNov 17, 20251.0On November 14, 2025 my friend and I went to this location and our overall experience was horrible. While ordering it was extremely hard to hear the employee. Once at the window the experience just got worse because every time my friend or I said something it felt as if we were being ignored because the employee would constantly ask us to repeat ourselves. The food was horrible. The strawberry fried cheesecake bites weren’t hot nor were they crispy. They were drenched in powered sugar that the bottom of the container they came in had what looked to be about 3 spoonfuls of powered sugar in it. They didn’t seem like they were actually cooked properly and were completely disgusting. The fries were warm and slightly stale as if they had been sitting for a while. The burgers had more ketchup on them than anything else. I definitely won’t be returning to this location ever again.

The staff went above and beyond with their customer service and I really appreciate that. I definitely recommend stopping by and checking out the amazing food and customer service at this checkers
