  Rude and incompetent staff. Asked question at the drive thru and got ignored and cut off. You don’t want to be bothered with customer questions find a new job, not my fault you’re here at this one!

  This Dunkin has messed up my order numerous times. And they just try to tell me how coffee is made. Idc how coffee is made. Why are we forgetting flavor shots that are payed for. On top of no refund. I also get it delivered due to not having a car. So getting it fixed isn’t an option in person. Waste of time and money at this location every single time.

  I made a mobile order and went to the drive thru, I immediately was received with an attitude because “I had just submitted my order”. I was told to park in front of building and they would bring out, well it’s been over 5 minutes and nothing! I was an Iced coffee and 2 donuts! Nothing special

  After my experience today, I will no longer be a regular customer. I usually come at least once a week or more, but will drive to another location due to the absolutely unprofessional and ill mannered staff I dealt with. My husband and went through the drive through, ordered a $5 meal deal and a 1/2 dozen donuts for our kids (normally they ask which kind, but she didn’t and just said “do you need anything besides the donuts?” Then had us pull up) i figured at the window, they’d ask me what kind I wanted, instead when we pulled up there was a box which we had the girl open with 6 random donuts that we never picked. We asked her if they were ours or if they could get us the flavors we wanted. When my husband said “oh we needed strawberry and chocolate frosted” the other girl comes over and yells “they need to pull around and come inside for that i can’t go over and get those” So we ordered in the drive through, and were told pull around for what we ordered. We waited and she decided to instead come to the window arguing with us that “i cant Step over and grab donuts I’m on ordering station and i have other orders to get, and don’t have time” we said “what orders are there to take when we’re at the window and line isn’t moving now?” She shut the window on us. We then got my coffee from my meal, then we got told “we’re just waiting on the food” so we said “how do we have to wait here for food, but not get donuts?” She came back and fought with us AGAIN. Meanwhile our kids are crying in the back because they’re hearing “we can’t get donuts” which they didn’t need to see. And the poor girl working the window was just caught in the middle of this unprofessional experience. Either a manager or shift lead came up and we explained what happened, so she got us the donuts. And apologized for the inconvenience. We said we would pay for them after we told her to remove them from the order. Almost drove off completely. Never experienced anything as rude as this before. Will go to another location from now on! I hope they have a swift talk with that employee because she does not need to be working with that attitude.
