I have a question for the people that run this location: why do you make people that order at the drive-thru speaker stay at the drive-thru speaker until you tell them they can pull forward? This makes no sense and it happens every single time I go there. I feel like I'm in a game of mother. May I and I have to ask permission to pull forward.

I had such an incredible experience at Taco Bell tonight, and I just had to share it. Vanessa, who took my order, completely made my night. From the moment I pulled up, she was so warm, funny, and full of positive energy — it honestly caught me off guard in the best way.
She gave me the sweetest compliments and had me laughing the entire time. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about making people smile. It wasn’t just good customer service — it felt like a real, human interaction that turned my whole mood around.
Vanessa is an absolute gem, and Taco Bell is lucky to have her. Employees like her are the reason people come back. I left with great food, but more importantly, I left in a better mood than when I arrived.

Makes no sense to me why a fast food place should have bad reviews. What do you expect? Come in, eat, leave.
They are kind, nice and pay attention to things. Good food, good service, das it.
