  This is a new restaurant in Royal Palm Beach. Very nice place. Great food and very clean. Staff was very freindly and helpful.

  I went to Pei Wei for the first time about a week ago, and I’ve literally been back every single day since! The food is consistently great, but what really keeps me coming back is the amazing service. Every time I come in with my family, Jayla and Ava are absolutely incredible—they are always so attentive, helpful, and genuinely sweet. They go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect, and it really makes the whole experience stand out. Honestly, the service here is better than any restaurant around. At other places, you sometimes see automatic tips added without the service to match—but Jayla and Ava truly earn it every single time. They make every visit feel welcoming and special. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I enjoyed visiting this Pei Wei location. We met Ava at the cash register. She greeted us with kind and friendly smile. She was very attentive, listened carefully to our order, Answered our questions. Was patient. Brought our food to the table. Noticed we needed an extra plate. Checked back to see if we needed anything else. Excellent customer service. Food was delicious. Best customer service we've ever had at a pei wei restruant. Additionally was very clean . Bathrooms were clean and tidy ! Look forward to coming back to this location !!! Mark and Valerie Miami PS - We weren't sure if Ava was a manager but she has all skills to be one !

  I’ve been to Pei Wei about five times now, and it has never disappointed. The food is always phenomenal and consistently fresh every single visit. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone is super welcoming and friendly, and they’re always walking around checking on tables to make sure everything is good. Ava, in particular, deserves a shoutout. She’s been our cashier a few times and is always so kind and attentive. The last couple of times we visited, she even brought chocolate-covered fortune cookies out to the tables, which is such a simple but thoughtful touch. Great food, great service, and great people. Definitely one of my favorites!
