The soup I used to love and honestly the main reason I kept coming back is no longer the same; it tastes watered down now. It’s really disappointing to see this decline. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Waiting for food with SEVERAL other customers while listening to the staff talk about if they would have eachothers back if they were arrested. Green tea and lemonade empty, was told "someone up front will get to it when they have time", followed by rolling eyes. Another customer asked for her missed pastry, the same employee didnt respond verbally, just pointed to the other employee by the pastries.....the customer then asked if someone would please warm it up, followed by the same employee pointing to the microwave, again no verbal communication. Tables dirty, trash everywhere, drink station disgusting. Just very sad to see this location decline so much, we love Panera Bread.

I have a severe nut allergy and was served a salad covered in almonds. When I approached the manager, Quinn, he acted like my safety concern was an inconvenience. He and another staff member then laughed at me as I walked away. Incredibly unprofessional and dangerous.
