The Turkey Tom's had a promotion, and they still allowed to add on extras to make it a Beach Club. So I added the provolone, avacado spread, and cucumbers. My husband picked up the order.
My husband says he showed the cashier his phone with the order number and all the extras and they told him they were making it.
When he got home the sandwich was just a Turkey Tom with Pickles.
I was robbed the $2.30 i paid for the extras...
At least I can eat it, but this is unacceptable.
I placed an order through Uber Eats for nearly $90 worth of food, and the experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish.
Out of six sandwiches, only two were made correctly. The rest were either wrong or completely inedible, one of them appeared to be someone else’s order entirely. On top of that, not a single sandwich was cut, making them even more inconvenient to deal with while we were at a softball game. Most of the food went to waste.
What made the situation worse was the response from the manager, Tony. Instead of taking any ownership, he was dismissive and argumentative. He insisted that there was an option on Uber Eats to request sandwiches be cut and implied that this was somehow my fault. That does not address the larger issue, which is that the majority of the order was incorrect.
Even more concerning, Tony stated that he personally made the sandwiches. If that is the standard of quality at this location, that is a serious problem.
There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. As a result, I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.
This was not a minor mistake, it was a complete breakdown in order accuracy and customer service. I would strongly reconsider ordering from this location.

Don’t order from this location. Go in a get your order delivery is horrible. No chips where delivered and it took 40 mins also Uber Eats was going to deliver then it went back to Jimmy John it was all mess up.

This is the worst location. Every single time I go they forget something we ask from and actually have to pay extra for. The guys that makes the subs is rude and condescending when you tell him what you want. The restaurant is always dirt and filled with friends of the employees. Been a long time customer here but will never come back to this location.
Jimmy John’s makes the absolute best sandwiches, both hot and cold. I’ve tried most of their menu and have yet to find one I don’t like. My personal favorite is the roast beef and cheddar.
