  i walked in with my boyfriend & our friend only to see a server by the name of frances name calling a young lady, saying shes gross, fat, making his arms wide to mimic her. that is absolutely disgusting & no one should ever treat anyone like that. i cannot believe the way he was treating her & i cannot believe you let people like that work at your restaurant.

  3 consecutive times ive ordered from here and they have completely messed up my order. I will never eat here again.

  Start off by saying I have ordered from here multiple times for both pick up and delivery. This time we ordered for delivery 1lb of carne asada but received a wrong platter which is not enough for all of us to eat. We contacted the restaurant and they blamed me for the system not showing them the correct order nor the correct amount. Attached pictures of what the system says we ordered. They offered no solution until I insisted something had to be done. The solution was for me to drive over there and pick up the right order, which was not an option at 830 at night with our 2 year old sleeping and husband that just had a medical procedure done. We paid an extra $15 just to have the food delivered to begin with alo g a tip we all starting to regret. I asked that they refund me for the wrong order and they said no because they can't loose out even if it was their mistake. At this point my mind is melting and wondering if this is a joke. While I am in shock they start arguing with each other in spanish which i understand(obviously because it is their mistake) then comes back to tell me that it is our mistake and problem because we won't drive over to pickup the food regardless that we paid for the food and delivery. Eventually I hang up since I couldn't take this insanity and crazy drama. Sadly this is not the first time we get the order wrong even though we ordered from their website. While it is the first time we get verbally attacked and blamed for ordering food from them. It is sad since we have been true fans since the food truck which is still there. With so many great restaurants closing and this place with those employees will be another one. Keep the money, it is not worth being disrespected. Your food is amazing but is not worth being treated like garbage.
