  Had the ground beef tacos delivered and they were everything I would hoped they would be. Will definitely be ordering again.

  Ordered 2 Hard tacos with bottled 7up. Tacos were hot and flavorful while tasting fresh. The ground beef and shells go extremely well together. 7up was cold and delicious. Reporting live from SSNRADI0.

  The past time and the most recent time I had ordered over the phone from them was very difficult for me. There was no one able to speak and understand English and the music in the background was very loud to the point where I had to not only repeat myself to make sure the person could hear me over the phone and to understand what my order was. When I had went inside to pickup my order, again the music was very loud and they could not understand me when I told them the order was for me. I understand this is a Hispanic restaurant that employees speaks in Spanish, but it is unfairly frustrating for customers that do not speak the language and come here to enjoy the food. The food is amazing, but the customer service is horrible. This needs to be addressed as it happened more than once. I will not be coming by and ordering from this place again as I do not need the frustration due to language barriers.

  Ordered taco comes with chips and salsa and paid. Then I ordered another one same thing with chips and salsa told the cashier and paid. I got the taco and no chips so I asked. The cashier/ server left so I thought she was bringing the chips when I finished the taco I asked then she is telling only 1 chips. I had been there before and never had this issue. I think that's very wrong. I should have been told before I paid again so I would not had second taco. Couldn't find customer support phone number or email on website. Felt cheated very disappointed.

  Tacos Al Carbon (Royal Palm Beach) — 7.5/10 My wife and I stopped by Tacos Al Carbon in Royal Palm Beach and overall had a good meal, especially for the price. Drinks: We ordered a Coke and a horchata. The horchata was very sweet—exactly how I like it—and super refreshing served cold. Definitely a highlight. Chips & salsa: The complimentary chips were thicker than usual and a bit hard. The salsa was very plain and watery, so it didn’t add much. Food: We ordered the shredded beef chimichanga and really enjoyed it. It had great flavor and the sauce on top was just right—enough to add taste without drowning it. The beef was an 8/10: most of it was good, but a few bites had small chunks that were mostly fat/marbling. Not a deal breaker, just something to note. The rice and beans were well made and paired perfectly with the plate. Service: This was the biggest downside. The service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was empty. Our waitress was nice, but not as attentive as you’d expect given how quiet it was. Would I go back? Yes. The prices were good, portions were solid, and we enjoyed the meal enough to come back and try other dishes. Overall: Considering price, portion size, taste, and service, I’d give it a 7.5/10 and I’d still recommend giving it a try—especially if you’re in the area and want a good value Mexican meal.
