I came in to pick up my order and there were at least four employees standing around talking.The store wasn’t even busy, yet it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. They have kiosks, so the employees don’t even bother to assist customers they just assume everyone ordered from the kiosk. I placed my order online, Taco Bell App claims “order online, skip the line” promise was completely false at this location. I was the only customer in the entire establishment and still ended up waiting as if there was a line. When an employee finally acknowledged me, I gave my name and received no response. It took another couple of minutes for them to hand me my food, and they didn’t say a single word.Is it really that hard to provide basic customer service? There are other Taco Bell locations in the area that offer much better service than this one. Parking lot picture explains how busy this location is and drive thru completely empty at time I was there.
