Both myself and my husband noticed the attitude from the drive thru speaker. When we pulled up to the window, there was no greeting, no hello, nothing. She just pulled out the machine to pay. When we received our food, my husband tried to tell her "hope you have a better day" and in between that she just closed the window and walked off. Honestly, managers should just let employees go for the day if they're having a bad day.

The second time I found a piece of plastic on my daughter rice and today again a piece of hair on my food. I do eat a lot from here but I will stop because that’s nasty.

I went through the drive through ordered chicken, lettuce, onion and white rice with garlic cilantro and the order was repeated back to me correctly. However, when I got my food I peaked in the bag to make sure there was sauce…. There wasn’t so I parked and ran in and got the sauce, but I failed to check my food order before I left the area and when I got home, there were beans in my food and I specifically asked for no beans as I can’t eat them. The service felt very rushed and very disappointing
