The food is cooked right the order is coreect and the take out crew is alwasy perfect. I go to alot of outbacks from Broward to west palm. This one in royal palm is the best. The others are very good food wise but service here is the best of the 3 I use consistently. The steaks ans ribs here are alwasy consistent as well at excellent service. Thank you.

Service was beyond superb, food was excellent and the manager Jade was unbelievably attentive to our every need and made our visit one for the books, I can't say enough good things about Jade and her staff!!

Ordered blooming onion and after 20 minutes I had to ask if he was going to wait and bring the onion out after the meal, he immediately went to the kitchen and brought out a cold onion. Just minutes later the meal arrived. This has been the experiences of the last few visits to steak houses, not just this one. It appears the servers could care less about doing their jobs, and we tip well (when it's deserved).
