- LALauren AugustinApr 25, 20252.0I came in today and there was a customer interaction with the employee that left a bad taste in my mouth, for starters when I came in she was serving 2 customers before me, then after she finished with them I waited for a good 7 mins before she came back to assist me. Then I went to sit down and drank she left to go to the back and a customer walks in, and she never acknowledges the new customer and stayed in the storage room, the customer got frustrated and left and then another one comes in, got frustrated and tried to get the employees attention from the storage room saying “Hello! Customer here!” The customer then went behind the counter and even proceeded to walk to the storage room where the employee was, the two were in a heated argument the employee told him to leave and the customer said he is going to call the “corporate” and the employee told him to leave. It was a weird situation that made me think twice about coming back, I don’t think an employee should leave the register unintended for so long like that.
